Our Women’s Circles are an invitation to gather in a supportive and loving space to engage in collective dialogue, connection and healing with others.

As women, we’ve often been conditioned to shrink ourselves. We’ve been told our emotions are a little too big; our hearts a little too wild; our bodies a little too much. This is an invitation to push back on that narrative by showing up as our whole, messy, authentic and beautiful selves.

Each month, we’ll gather in Circle and engage in rituals related to breath work, mindfulness, journaling, and connection through the practice of talking circles. These circles, rooted in indigenous and feminine wisdom, are an invitation to share our thoughts, feelings and experiences within a safe container and in the presence of others who are there to hold space both for themselves and others. It’s a way for us to listen with compassion while building community - a way for us to celebrate our differences while noticing the similarities of the human experience.

Our hope is that this space can allow folks to feel a little more grounded - in our breath, our bodies and our experiences - while also feeling seen, celebrated and more deeply connected to both ourselves and the community of women around us.
